We are seeking a highly organized, energetic ABA Center Coordinator to coordinate the daily operations of our center. This role is an entry level role and ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. Great way to enter in to the world of early childhood and special needs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the center daily, ensuring safety and readiness

• Schedule therapy sessions and maintain accurate calendars

• Coordinate therapy programs and support clinical staff needs

• Manage inventory, supplies, and place orders as needed

• Maintain organized systems for materials and center operations

• Communicate effectively with staff and families

• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges

• Support a positive, professional, and child-friendly environment

• Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think proactively

  • Creative and energetic personality

  • Experience in administrative coordination, ABA, education, or healthcare setting preferred but not required.
