Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of production, from scheduling and procurement to inventory management and quality control. Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Help with monitoring production timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on time. · Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials used, and any delays or issues. · Assist in preparing and maintaining production documentation, such as logs, and reports. · Update and manage Quantum inventory logs with accurate information. · Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flow. · Coordinate with Purchasing/Vendor Administration to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources required for production. · Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and other production-related events. · Assist with inventory control and ensure that necessary materials and tools are available for production. · Track and monitor stock levels to prevent production delays due to shortages. · Assist in requisitioning materials and supplies as needed. · Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and data entry. · Assist with preparing materials for meetings, reports, or audits. · Help the Production Manager with any special projects or tasks as needed. Qualifications : · Degree in Business Administration · Knowledge of Quantum Control Software and Microsoft Suite (Excel Proficiency required). · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. · Strong organizational skills and attention to details. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
