What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and drivetrain concerns Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics Utilize diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures to identify and resolve vehicle issues Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations Document repair orders and findings clearly and thoroughly Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred Heavy line, engine, transmission, and drivability diagnostic experience required Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills Ford experience preferred, but not required ASE Certifications are a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship Why Join AL Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach?
