Treatment Coordinator - Redwood Dental of St. Clair Shores

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced, team-oriented dental practice. Dental office experience is preferred, and Dentrix experience is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude while providing exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and check them in and out for appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
• Verify and confirm insurance eligibility and benefits
• Present and discuss treatment plans with patients
• Review financial arrangements and assist patients in understanding their treatment needs
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate schedules and ensure efficient patient flow
• Problem-solve patient concerns and help create a positive patient experience
• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to support office goals

Qualifications:

• Previous dental office experience preferred
• Dentrix experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays (1–2 per month): 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM (with Friday as swing day)
