Director of Treasury

To support the company's financial objectives, the full-time salaried Director of Treasury will oversee global treasury operations, manage liquidity, and develop treasury strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee global treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity forecasting Develop and execute the company's global treasury strategy through financial analysis and risk management Manage global banking relationships and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or related finance roles with leadership experience Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management Experience in a public-company or SOX-compliant environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred Proven ability to build and improve treasury processes and systems
