Licensed Practical NurseWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Nurse to join our team at The Green House Cottages of Wentworth Place. As a PRN Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents on an as-needed basis. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents while adhering to all nursing standards and regulations.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents upon admission and as neededAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility policiesMonitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisorsAssist with activities of daily livingProvide emotional support and companionship to residents and their familiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, care plans, and interventionsCollaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure continuity of servicesAdhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staffParticipate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives as requiredNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Shifts may vary based on facility needs, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
