Starting Pay: $15.00+ | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (Conditions Apply)
Daily Pay Available | New Pay Scale | Weekend Options

The Springs of Magnolia is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team. We welcome new graduates and experienced CNAs alike! Flexible scheduling, great benefits, and a supportive work environment await you.

Open Positions:

• Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs

• Evening Shifts Available (and all other shifts)

• Weekend Option: Saturday and Sunday 16-hour shifts

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation

• Provide compassionate support and attentive care

• Help with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed

• Support residents' rights and dignity at all times

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Valid Arkansas CNA certification (or currently enrolled in a CNA training program)

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

• Minimum age of 18

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and meet general physical demands of the position
