Psychiatric Rehab Services Coordinator PRSC Parttime PM Shift

What you will do in this role The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) provides group and individual psychiatric rehabilitative and case management services to adults with a history of multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and in need of long-term care stabilization. You will participate with the interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing therapeutic services and interventions. We work well together, help one another and have fun while we’re here.” Qualifications and Requirements Prior experience as a PRSC or mental health professional in a licensed nursing home, intermediate care facility, or specialized mental health rehab facility is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field (including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology) and a minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in mental health or human services is required. CADC certification helpful. Experience with Point Click Care (PCC). Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check.
