Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, accommodating a flexible schedule while ensuring that services are delivered effectively to our clientele. While most work will be conducted from home, the role may occasionally require in-person meetings at school campuses to engage directly with students and staff. The work hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential flexibility to manage evening or weekend client needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will take on the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students and their families, identifying emotional, mental, and social challenges that may impede academic success.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to design personalized intervention plans that prioritize each student's unique needs and goals.

• Provide counseling services aimed at helping students navigate personal and academic challenges, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Facilitate access to community resources, such as tutoring programs, mental health services, and extracurricular activities, empowering families to engage with their local support networks.

• Monitor the progress of interventions through regular follow-ups and adjust plans as necessary to ensure ongoing support and effectiveness.

• Lead workshops for families on relevant topics, such as stress management, effective communication strategies, and conflict resolution.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Colorado.

• At least two years of professional experience in social work, ideally within educational or community service settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
