Role Overview We are seeking two Logistics Analysts for a growing team focused on delivering innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. This role supports logistics and order fulfillment for robotics deployment projects. The position involves working with a new product line of high-speed packaging machines for the e-commerce industry, which are designed to reduce plastic use and optimize packaging. Key Responsibilities Coordinate transportation and logistics activities with third-party logistics providers and carriers. Manage order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and delivery execution. Monitor inventory levels and warehouse operations using manual tracking tools and spreadsheets. Maintain and analyze large datasets in Excel to support logistics planning and reporting. Coordinate with procurement, planning, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Track materials and products throughout the supply chain to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Support logistics operations for large equipment and capital project deliveries. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, or order fulfillment. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and working with large datasets. Familiarity with AI tools is also required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Experience using Kinaxis. A background supporting large capital projects or in industries such as construction, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or aerospace.
