Regional Sales Manager

Location: Newark, NJ, United States Responsibilities Lead and manage the Immunology Sales Specialists team within the district to successfully launch an immunology biosimilar product to targeted physicians. Motivate, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales specialists. Identify and monitor local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies. Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing, and medical affairs. Qualifications 7+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience. 5+ years of district or regional management experience with demonstrated leadership performance. Ability to travel as business needs require (up to 50%). Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries. Desired Requirements Advanced degree. Diverse commercial experience in training, sales operations, market access, or internal consulting. Benefits The annual base salary ranges from $160,000 to $170,000. Salary may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses based on company and/or individual performance.
