Gastroenterology Opportunity in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa

Join a dynamic and in-demand practice with a robust patient base and significant growth opportunities. We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to become part of our established team in Northeast Iowa.

Practice Highlights

• Thriving practice with immediate patient demand
• Comprehensive gastrointestinal services, including Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
• Fully equipped GI Endoscopy Suite dedicated to patient care
• Potential for over 150 endoscopies per month
• Shared call schedule of 1:4
• Collaborative environment with a multispecialty team, including strong support from surgical, hospitalist, and primary care professionals

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $700,000 for the first two years, plus production incentives
• Potential earnings exceeding $900,000 based on productivity
• Commencement bonus of $150,000
• Relocation assistance of $15,000
