This is an entry-level management training position designed for individuals who are ready to learn our business from the ground up. During your training period, you'll gain hands-on experience cleaning a variety of commercial facilities while learning the skills needed to advance into a supervisory role. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Schedule Monday through Friday Start time between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM 8-hour shifts Occasional weekend coverage What Makes This Position Different? Unlike traditional cleaning positions, Unit Manager Trainees work at multiple customer locations and learn all aspects of our operation. As part of your training, you will: Learn commercial cleaning procedures and quality standards Work alongside experienced managers and supervisors Develop leadership and problem-solving skills Gain experience with staffing, customer service, and operations Prepare for future supervisory and management opportunities What You'll Do Fill in at various customer locations as needed Perform commercial cleaning duties including: Vacuuming Mopping Dusting Restroom cleaning Trash removal General facility cleaning Learn facility-specific cleaning procedures Support operational needs throughout your assigned area Work closely with management while developing leadership skills Travel Benefits Because Unit Manager Trainees support multiple locations: Paid drive time between assignments Mileage reimbursement for travel exceeding 10 miles outside your assigned coverage area Higher wage opportunities due to increased responsibility and flexibility What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Reliable and punctual Positive and team-oriented Willing to learn and accept coaching Flexible and adaptable Interested in career advancement Comfortable working independently Requirements Valid Driver's License Reliable personal vehicle Excellent attendance record Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Physical Requirements This is an active position requiring: Walking and standing for extended periods Bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting Working at a steady pace throughout the shift Performing cleaning duties in a variety of commercial environments Why Work for Environment Control?
