Office and Payroll Coordinator

Office Manager

Position Location: Sacramento, CA

Office Responsibilities:

Maintain and order office supplies

Maintain office seating chart

Responsible for shipping

Responsible for office mail and interoffice mail between offices

Liaison between the copy company and citadel for services equipment maintenance

Provide general support to visitors and assist as needed with request or direct to the proper party

Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis

Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services

HR / Payroll Responsibilities:

Enter weekly field payroll

Assist with HR items for division, including assisting new hires with hiring packets, driver packets and submitting to Corporate for approval

Assist with onboarding new office employees including setting up desk with equipment, etc.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

3-4 general administrative and/or office management experience.

1-2 year construction payroll entry experience

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Detail oriented and organized

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required.

Excellent customer service skills required.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Must be flexible and adapt quickly and easily to change.

Bilingual Spanish/English
