Forklift & Production Specialist

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. In this role, you'll be integral to our production processoperating machinery and ensuring a smooth workflow in our warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation & Production Support:
  • Operate production machinery and assist in running efficient production lines.
  • Distribute products throughout the warehouse to designated production areas.
• Material Handling:
  • Load and unload trucks and railcars, ensuring timely and safe movement of goods.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift as needed for material handling tasks.

  • Consistent attendance is essential in our small facilityabsences significantly impact the entire team.
  • Punctuality and reliability are key, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently every day.

Shift Requirements:

• Rotational Shifts:
  • Monday Sunday: 6pm 6am AND 6am 6pm
  • 12-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid meal break.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in operating production machinery.
• Forklift certification with the ability to operate a sit-down forklift and other related motorized equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attendance and reliabilityunderstanding that your presence is vital to our small facility's success.
