Real Estate Attorney $275,000-$300,000 Annually

Salary Salary range: $275,000-$300,000 annually, based on year classification. Qualifications Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing. 7–10 years of real estate experience (10 years max, please). Minimum of 7 years of legal experience in real estate is required. Experience with renewable energy project developments preferred. Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, letter agreements, and other transactional real estate documents. Experience advising on utility‑scale renewable energy projects, particularly regarding site control and title insurance. Experience counseling clients through purchases and leasing of real property, including working with title companies and surveyors in negotiating title insurance coverage and endorsement language and survey specifics. Expertise in reviewing title commitments, preparing closing instruction letters, and drafting and negotiating curative instruments to address title defects and other title issues for developers. Strong academic credentials, communication, and writing skills. JD education required. Prior experience practicing with a large national firm; lateral candidates from another large firm (Top 350) currently practicing in this practice group are preferred. Compensation Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full‑time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $275,000–$300,000. This range represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for the position.
