Pay: $66,560.00 - $72,800.00 annually

Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Must-Have Experience:

• Experience with troubleshooting/repairing self-contained Rooftop Units (RTUs) and VAV boxes.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting HVAC / Rooftop Units (RTUs).
• Experience with reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs critical building systems in a commercial environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical equipment. This role responds to tenant work orders, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, and supports the overall functionality and appearance of building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the commercial building/property.
• Respond to work orders and tenant work orders timely.
• Will complete preventive maintenance, service, and repairs on all HVAC equipment.
• Will work on other equipment including:
• Boilers, air compressors, air handlers, self-contained units, rooftop units (RTUs), cooling towers, pumps, fans, motors, and associated controls, gauges, and sensors.
• Diagnose and repair self-contained rooftop units (RTUs) with variable air volume (VAV) systems.
• Inspect, test, and maintain fire systems, including fire pumps and sprinklers, to support life safety and code compliance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66,560.00 - $72,800.00/yr.
