Location: Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, or Peoria – Hybrid
Pay Rate: $29/hr
Duration: 12 months , starting approximately 10/12/26
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift – 3 days onsite per week
Travel: 0–25%

About the Role:
This position will support the Cat Converge Suite Product Team as a bridge between North American Caterpillar dealers and product teams. The role will focus on business process modeling, dealer discovery, requirements development, process validation, and cross-functional collaboration to support product delivery and improve alignment between dealer business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and document end-to-end business processes across Levels 4–6
• Work directly with Caterpillar dealers to generate and validate business requirements
• Lead Dealer Discovery Workshops and prepare supporting materials and questions
• Partner with Product Teams to assess fit/gap against Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities
• Validate proposed solutions with dealers and obtain stakeholder sign-off
• Maintain Mavim process flows, documentation, and operational playbooks
• Develop and maintain detailed business process flows
• Document dealer requirements and support Functional Design Document (FDD) sign-off
• Conduct solution demos to support dealer education and discovery
• Gather insights from the Dealer Advisory Board
• Coach dealers on Dynamics 365 and Cat Converge Suite
• Perform business process modeling, analysis, and improvement
• Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant Finance/Accounting certifications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms
• Experience working with global stakeholders and customers
• Experience with Mavim or similar process modeling tools
• Experience documenting business requirements and process flows
• Experience with Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, communication, and documentation skills
• Strong accounting/finance background
• Must be local to Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, or Peoria , or clearly willing to relocate at their own expense and be onsite from day one
