Growth & Advancement Opportunities

✅ Operate and support CNC machines and production equipment

✅ Load, unload, and stage materials for production

✅ Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tools

✅ Learn machine setup, troubleshooting, and changeovers from experienced operators

✅ Read blueprints and technical drawings

✅ Monitor machine performance using HMI screens

✅ Record production and quality data accurately

✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S standards

✅ Train to operate multiple CNC machines and grow your technical skillset

Previous machine operating experience (1+ year preferred)

Manufacturing or production experience

Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

CNC experience is a plus, but training is available for motivated candidates

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
