Due to continued expansion, we're looking for an experienced Operations Specialist who can keep the engine running smoothly -and calmly- every day. What You\'ll Do Coordinate daily operations across shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and work directly with freight carriers Support purchasing: place orders, track inbound inventory, and follow up with vendors Handle customer and carrier claims from intake to resolution, including documentation De-escalate difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate records in our business systems (order management, spreadsheets, claims tracking) Support the operations and customer service teams wherever the day requires What We\'re Looking For 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, purchasing, claims, or a similar coordination role A steady work history that shows commitment and follow-through Exceptional organization - you keep track of many open threads without dropping any Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Calm, professional communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate tense situations Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required; experience with ERP/order management systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus Sharp attention to detail Open to any educational background; a post-secondary degree is preferred What You'll Get Salary: $40–50K annually, based on experience Paid time off Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Yearly bonus program Employee discounts Flexible schedules Workplace perks including food and coffee A growing, stable, family-owned company where your work is visible and valued #J-18808-Ljbffr Bestlaminate
