Now Hiring: Residential Plumbing Technicians – 1099 Contractor Opportunities Company: Superior Contracting & Maintenance
Location: Local Plumbing Technicians Needed (AL, AZ, GA, FL, NC, OK, SC, TN & TX)
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively looking for experienced residential plumbing professionals to join our contractor network for ongoing repair, maintenance, and service work orders. We provide consistent opportunities through established partnerships with homeowners and property management companies across multiple states.
This opportunity is a great fit for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, steady work opportunities within their local area, and fast payment processing after completed jobs.
About UsSuperior Contracting & Maintenance is an established repair and maintenance company with more than 13 years of industry experience, headquartered near Atlanta, GA.
We work with homeowners, residential communities, and property management groups across several states, providing dependable repair and maintenance solutions.
Our plumbing contractors handle a variety of residential plumbing services including repairs, troubleshooting, replacements, and general maintenance while maintaining strong communication and professional service standards.
Requirements- Must work as an independent 1099 contractor
- Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
- Preferred: 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Must own plumbing tools and dependable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
- Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving work orders
- Comfortable using an online portal for communication, updates, and photo uploads
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must currently reside and operate within the United States
- No active insurance coverage
- Inability to complete onboarding requirements
- Poor communication or unreliable transportation
- Lack of plumbing tools required for service work
- Respond to residential plumbing service requests within assigned coverage areas
- Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
- Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when necessary
- Maintain communication and provide progress updates through the mobile portal
- Complete work orders according to company and client expectations
- Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Fast payment processing after job completion approval
- Flexible scheduling with self-managed workload
- Ongoing residential plumbing service opportunities
- Larger replacement projects and plumbing changeouts available for qualified contractors
- Average daily earnings typically range from $400–$500 , depending on workload and job type
- Larger plumbing projects and replacement work may pay significantly more
