We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and aiding in the preparation and cooking of pizzas, pastas, entrees, salads, and sandwiches.
$16/hour starting to $20+. Plus tips!
Responsibilities:
Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties
- Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
- Ensure quality of all menu items
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
