We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Care : Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation : Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership : Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance : Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• Education : Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure : Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Skills : Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical Ability : Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
