Dietary Manager Salary $50,000 * Must be Serve Safe Certified JOB SUMMARY
The Dietary Manager is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department.
Recruitment, Hiring, and Supervision of Dietary Department staff.
Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
Track Dietary Restrictions of residents
Ensure all policies and procedures of the Dietary Department are followed by staff.
Responsible for meeting budgetary goals of the department.
Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports, as requested.
Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families.
Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in food service
Serve Safe Certification is required
High school diploma or GED
Successful criminal background check
Commercial Kitchen experience preferred
