Field-Based Foster Care Coordinator (VA)
Elevance Health
Elevance Health is looking for a Managed Care Coordinator for the VA Foster Care Program. This role involves managing members' service plans within the Foster Care system and conducting assessments to identify health care needs. The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree and at least one year of experience working with the specified program population.
