The ideal candidate will assist in developing and verifying work instructions for equipment and processes, as well as support the evaluation and modification of process cycle times and routing changes. Intern - Manufacturing Location: Chesapeake, VA, 23323 Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and documentation of work instructions for manufacturing equipment and processes. Support verification and modification of process cycle times to improve efficiency and accuracy. Help evaluate and implement routing changes within the manufacturing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement. Participate in data collection and analysis related to manufacturing operations. Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze process data and suggest improvements. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skills Manufacturing Intern experience or coursework.
