Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician who can also handle light commercial service, maintenance, and small‑scale replacements . The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and confident working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (1–5 ton)
• Perform light commercial service on RTUs, split systems, and small packaged units
• Conduct seasonal tune‑ups, inspections, and system performance evaluations
• Install residential equipment, accessories, and basic duct modifications
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete work orders, documentation, and job notes accurately
• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedule (if applicable)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience required
• Light commercial experience strongly preferred
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
• NATE certification a plus (not required)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons
