ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I completed the Agent Aspirant program, which gave me firsthand experience in the business and prepared me for agency ownership. I’m a proud Ole Miss alumnus, married with two kids, and outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and traveling with my family.

Being involved in our community is important to me. I’m a past President of the Rotary Club, stay involved with our local high school Booster Club, and enjoy finding other ways to support and connect with the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Conrad Adams - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Answer customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
