ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I completed the Agent Aspirant program, which gave me firsthand experience in the business and prepared me for agency ownership. I’m a proud Ole Miss alumnus, married with two kids, and outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and traveling with my family.

Being involved in our community is important to me. I’m a past President of the Rotary Club, stay involved with our local high school Booster Club, and enjoy finding other ways to support and connect with the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Conrad Adams - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
