Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests. Write repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repairs. Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections and repair progress. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approvals. Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance based on vehicle needs. Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain completed repairs. Build long‑term customer relationships through exceptional service. Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Schedule future maintenance appointments. Work closely with the service team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or dealership experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend maintenance and repair services. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced dealership environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer proficiency. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
