Job Overview As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results‑oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor and fitting rooms. Build relationships with customers, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services. Meet daily sales targets and performance goals through smart selling and engagement. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor and fitting room environment. Support teammates by sharing knowledge, collaborating, and fostering a positive work culture. Promote and enroll customers in the loyalty program, closing transactions accurately. Use electronic devices, cash registers, and other technology to process sales. Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Ability to meet or exceed daily sales goal challenges. Comfortable using electronic devices and cash register systems. Perseverance and adaptability in a fast‑moving retail environment. Team‑player mentality while also being self‑motivated. Proficient in reading and understanding employment policies and safety procedures. Physical Requirements Must stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders. Reach above eye level as needed. Require clear vision, color perception, and depth perception.
