CNC Machine Operator
Lewisville, TX 75057
$21.00$23.00/hr DOE
1st Shift | MondayFriday | 6:00 AM3:30 PM
Plenty of overtime available; weekend work may be required based on production needs.

We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC and manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders to produce precision components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Select tooling and adjust machine settings as needed

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Maintain tolerances of .002"

• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Monitor tooling wear and machine performance

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC and/or manual mills, lathes, and grinders

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation required

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Welding, fabrication, or composite machining experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift 3070 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and noise
