Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

AER Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team in Carrollton, Texas. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality precision parts.
This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet strict quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to perform machining operations including drilling, boring, milling, turning, and threading
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files
- Load CNC programs and verify accuracy through test cycles
- Set up tools, fixtures, and materials according to setup sheets and job specifications
- Establish and adjust work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters for accurate production
- Monitor machine operations and adjust feeds and speeds to optimize performance and quality
- Perform basic machine maintenance, including:
- Maintaining coolant levels and concentration
- Refilling oil reservoirs
- Greasing clamping equipment
- Cleaning CNC equipment
- Organize tooling and materials while maintaining a clean and efficient work area
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC mills and lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of machining tolerances, tooling, and offsets
- Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Schedule
- $26.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Full-time opportunity with stable hours
