In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

Job Description

The Damadeo Agency Inc is an established , award-winning Allstate Agency looking for a Licensed In-office Sales Producer who is competitive , coachable, and motivated to build a real career.

We provide warm leads , strong in-office support , a proven sales process, and ongoing coaching . In return, we expect drive , follow-through, accountability , and a desire to improve.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role for someone who enjoys sales , problem-solving , and helping customers find the right coverage for an affordable price.

Responsibilities

What youll do:

Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies
Follow up quickly and consistently on assigned warm leads
Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions
Cross-sell auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines products
Track pipeline activity , follow-up, and notes in the CRM
Work toward weekly and monthly production goals

Requirements

What were looking for:

An active New York Property & Casualty license required
Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable
Strong communication and phone skills
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Adaptable and comfortable learning new technology
Prior Allstate or captive agency experience is a plus
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
