ProSource of Nashville is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for inventory accuracy, team supervision, operational performance, and delivering outstanding service to customers, installers, and showroom staff.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, staging, and shipping activities.
- Lead and support warehouse team members by scheduling, training, coaching, and assigning daily responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management systems.
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality, accuracy, and damage.
- Coordinate product availability for customer pickups, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Load, unload, and safely move materials using warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company procedures.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Partner with showroom leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
- Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve performance.
You Could Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of warehouse operations experience.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
- Forklift operating experience.
- Experience with inventory management systems and inventory control processes.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull materials up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
