Triage Registered Nurse

To support members in navigating their healthcare experience, the full-time eNLC Licensed Triage RN will provide clinical expertise and tailored support remotely, performing symptom triage, health assessments, and member education while ensuring a smooth transition into their health plan. Key responsibilities Perform real-time symptom triage and provide educational care instructions to members Maintain monthly performance metrics and document interactions accurately in compliance with policies Collaborate with members and healthcare teams to resolve gaps in care and enhance the member experience Required qualifications Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in an eNLC compact state 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a telephonic clinical role Experience in direct patient care or telephonic clinical care is required Willingness to obtain additional licenses as required within 18 months of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
