Our customer in Monticello, Wisconsin is a family-owned warehouse and storage company. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team as a Forklift Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with forklift operation experience who are looking to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform case-picking tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift operation experience is a must.
• WMS knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (refrigerated room at approximately 32 degrees, freezer around 0 degrees).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay for Forklift Operator: Starting at $18/hour.
