Hybrid HR Manager — Strategic People Partner

Motion is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to be a strategic partner for Distribution Operations in Merrillville, IN. This hands-on leadership role will involve aligning HR strategies with business goals while supporting a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will lead employee relations, oversee compliance, and work closely with HR centers of excellence. A bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in HR are required.
