As the Senior EEO Investigator, you will report to the Supervisor I and lead complex EEO investigations, advise leaders on EEO related matters, and shape policy that improves the employee experience statewide. 

What you'll do:

Lead complex investigations into sensitive discrimination complaints involving employees, contractors, vendors, applicants, participants, and customers; collect and analyze evidence; prepare detailed reports; and brief executive leadership, Legal, and HR.

Coach and train analysts on investigative best practices; design training materials; deliver formal presentations on EEO topics; and provide expert guidance to team members and leaders.

Drive statewide compliance with WIOA Section 188 and 29 CFR Part 38: monitor LWDA entities, provide technical assistance, design and deliver trainings, and facilitate statewide meetings/conferences for Local Area Equal Opportunity Officers.

Advance EEO programs --Upward Mobility, Disability Advisory Committee (DAC), Annual Workforce Analysis, LEAP, Religious Accommodations, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion --through complex analysis, policy development, and high-quality written products.

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person visits to the EEO Office; triage requests and provide accurate, actionable guidance to complainants and management.
