Community-Centered Healthcare Campus Recruiter
Genesis Healthcare, Inc.
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Community Recruitment Partner to manage a cluster of nursing centers in New Mexico. You will build local talent pipelines, source candidates through grassroots outreach, social media, and in-person events, and partner with Nursing Home Administrators to match real-time staffing needs. This on-site role requires daily travel five days a week within the Albuquerque and surrounding communities, with a focus on engaging with communities, schools, and workforce #J-18808-Ljbffr
