Organizational Change Manager

Job Description A large utility company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support key initiatives within the Geospatial Information System (GIST) Program. This role will focus on organizational change management (OCM) efforts tied to a broader modernization of IT infrastructure, enhancing mapping capabilities, and improving management of geospatial assets. The consultant will act as a strategic partner to GIS teams, engineering, and field operations groups to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of new tools and processes.
