Client Services Analyst

We're hiring a Client Services Analyst to join a growing team supporting client operations, reporting, and service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, analyzing data, and collaborating across multiple departments to solve problems and improve processes. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Manage reporting schedules, operational deliverables, and client requests Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement Partner with internal teams including Operations, IT, Finance, and Audit Track and resolve client concerns while maintaining a high level of customer service Support process improvements, documentation, and special projects Assist with inbound client support as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in client services, customer support, account coordination, or a related field Strong Excel skills (*a beginner-level Excel test will be part of the interview process) Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
