The role is full-time and located onsite in Jackson Heights, NY, with standard weekday hours. The successful candidate will use various technology platforms to manage patient records and coordinate care. Requirements NYS Licensure with LMHC or LMSW required Advanced degree in mental health counseling or social work. Two years of work experience in a related field. UAS-NY certification within one month of hire. Experience working with diverse populations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends. Qualifications NYS Licensure with LMHC or LMSW required Proven experience in behavioral health case management. Strong crisis intervention and counseling skills. Ability to coordinate and link patients with additional services. Experience in maintaining accurate patient records. Proficiency in using various technology applications. Fluency in Spanish or an Asian language is a plus. Excellent customer service skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
