US-Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations across customer accounts. You will manage sales documentation, handle purchase orders, maintain system pricing, and facilitate seamless cross-departmental communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase contracts and prototype purchase orders with high accuracy.

• Maintain up-to-date customer price lists within SAP and Oracle systems.

• Liaise with sales, engineering, credit, and plant teams to ensure on-time product delivery.

• Field customer inquiries and deliver prompt, exceptional customer service.

• Analyze sales and pricing data to identify cost and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Associate degree (or equivalent) with 1–3 years in sales coordination, customer support, or administrative operations.

• Technical Skills: strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or SharePoint is a strong plus.

• Core Competencies: Outstanding organizational skills, strong communication abilities, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

salary: $24.17 - $29.17 per hour
