Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 8+ years of QA experience. 3+ years leading QA teams. Strong experience building automation frameworks. 2+ years of IAM testing experience. Experience in Agile and DevOps environments. Experience in Banking preferred. Test Automation Selenium Playwright or Cypress Rest Assured Postman TestNG / JUnit Cucumber BDD Jenkins / Azure DevOps Git IAM SailPoint IdentityIQ / ISC Saviynt Okta Azure Active Directory LDAP / Active Directory RBAC and Access Governance Identity Lifecycle Management API Testing REST APIs SOAP Services Postman Swagger/OpenAPI Cloud Technologies AWS/Azure Roles & Responsibilities Define QA strategy, test plans, and quality metrics. Drive test governance, risk management, and defect management processes. Coordinate with Business, Development, Product Owners, and Infrastructure teams. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps Boards). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced Agile team. Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000 per year Qualifications:
