Quality Assurance Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join an award winning company in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. The Quality Assurance Analyst role requires you to sit onsite 3 days a week. The Quality Assurance Analyst role is ideal for an experienced testing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about ensuring high-quality software delivery. Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test strategies, test cases, and validation procedures for web-based and enterprise applications. Partner with development, product, and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and thoroughly tested. Identify, document, and track software defects while driving issues through resolution. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to maintain application quality. Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and overall product reliability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC processes, and defect management tools. Experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing both manual and automated testing efforts. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
