Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) Opportunity

Oak Crest by Erickson Senior Living, a "Best Place to Work" award-winner, has immediate, multiple openings on our Nursing Team for Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs).

Are you interested in obtaining a Certified Med-Tech (CMT)? Ask us about it! We can provide you with in-house training or financial support for an off-site training center, leading to a promotion with Oak Crest!

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $17.50 - $21.86 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

Shift differentials include:

$3.00 hourly for evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mondays through Fridays)

$1.00 hourly for night shifts (11:00pm - 7:30am, Mondays through Fridays)

$2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)

What You'll Do:

• Perform appropriate nursing tasks per individual care plans
• Administer medications (CMTs only)
• Provide companionship, comfort, and help with activities of daily living
• Escort residents to appointments and activities
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

What You'll Need:

• GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• A passion for caring for seniors
