Urology Physician

We re seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician to join an established outpatient-only primary care team in the scenic Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. This full-time role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled and supportive group of physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Opportunity Highlights: • Year 1 2: $540,000 guaranteed or wRVU-based model whichever is higher • Year 3+: wRVU-based salary with performance incentives (up to 10%) • $50,000 Signing Bonus • Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance • $7,000 Annual CME Allowance • Tuition reimbursement & student loan repayment assistance • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Health savings accounts and flexible spending options • Malpractice coverage Why You ll Love It Here: Southern Oregon s Rogue Valley offers an incredible mix of nature and culture think year-round sunshine, mountain views, hiking trails, wineries, and the world-famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival in nearby Ashland.
