Position Overview As our client's firm continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Associate Wealth Advisor, holding a CFP or equivalent designation, who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, building meaningful long-term relationships, and helping families navigate important financial decisions with confidence. What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients. Lead client relationships from planning through implementation. Develop and present comprehensive financial plans. Provide guidance on retirement, estate, tax, risk management, and philanthropic planning. Manage investment portfolios aligned with client goals and risk tolerance. Collaborate closely with advisors and team members across the business. Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Passion for continuous learning and professional growth. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Flexibility is required to support client needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or events.
