Position Overview At Premier Path, we believe great financial advice starts with great relationships — both with our clients and within our team. As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Associate Wealth Advisor, holding a CFP or equivalent designation, who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, building meaningful long-term relationships, and helping families navigate important financial decisions with confidence. What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients. Lead client relationships from planning through implementation. Develop and present comprehensive financial plans. Provide guidance on retirement, estate, tax, risk management, and philanthropic planning. Manage investment portfolios aligned with client goals and risk tolerance. Collaborate closely with advisors and team members across the business. Opportunity to grow in a high-performance, team-driven environment What We’re Looking For 5+ years of client-facing wealth management experience Strong financial planning and relationship management skills. Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Passion for continuous learning and professional growth. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Flexibility is required to support client needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or events. Compensation Base salary: $125,000-$150,000 based on experience. Eligible for performance-based bonus tied to client satisfaction, retention, and contribution to firm growth This position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime compensation. Compensation reflects the expectation of fulfilling responsibilities as required to meet business and client needs.
